Before you scold the "Court of Public Opinion" stop to consider that the public isn't bound by the same burden of proof that the normal court system has to abide by, nor should we be.

An article on why everything doesn't have to be so black and white. Both sides of an issue argue the slippery slope "If we budge and inch, the other side will take a mile" argument and nothing ever happens. At what point did society completely lose it's ability to compromise on anything?
