Chiefs 8 @ Colts 23

Jeremy: Has there ever been a 12-4 team that looked as bad as the Colts did this year?

Matt: Peyton Manning for MVP!!!

Jon: Everyone likes Kansas City here because they can run, but Indianapolis hasn't lost at home this year. And they can probably stop the run enough to give their offense room to win.

Sarah: Let's watch Manning lose in the playoffs again. Why not give someone else a chance?

Scott: Wow I actually get to make comments!! I don't see how the Colts could lose this game. Of course, I can't figure out how the colts lost 4 games this year either. Furthermore, I can't figure out how the Chiefs even ended up in the playoffs. Is Matt wrong about Trent Green? Colts by a wide margin.

Alex: Larry Johnson has to be getting tired right?

Cowboys 20 @ Seahawks 21

Jeremy: The bandwagon may be starting to thin out in Dallas, but at least they remembered a wagon.

Matt: I don't care.

Jon: Questionable defense, shaky quarterback. Plus, I think the Seahawks might decide to play well so they should win.

Sarah: Blah. Seahawks are all injured and the Cowboys are a sputtering.

Scott: Bill Parcells just looks unhappy these days. However, the Seahawks had like 3 chances to clinch the division with a win and finally settled for having another team lose. This basically looks like a matchup between two teams that aren't really that good. I'm going with the Cowboys.

Alex: The Cowboys started their playoff run a bit soon and the honeymoon appears to be over.

Jets 16 @ Patriots 37

Jeremy: J - E - T - S JETS JETS JETS. Tom Brady edges Chad Pennington in a "dreamy-off" and in this game.

Matt: Belichick is crazy.

Jon: When is the last time Belichik lost to a team twice in a season? I'm not sure. I don't think it will happen here.

Sarah: Soooo tired of the Patriots. J E T S jets jets jets. Except I don't really think Pennington is a good QB and Brady is kind of nice to look at.

Scott: Tom Brady only has one loss in playoff games, right? Doesn't that also mean that Bill Belichick only has 1 playoff loss with the Patriots? I still don't get the Jets though. Does Curtis Martin play for either of these teams anymore? Well, I'm going with the team he played with first.

Alex: It would be pretty hard to kick yourself if you picked the Patriots in any game in the last 6 years and lost.

Giants 20 @ Eagles 23

Jeremy: Seems like just yesterday we were talking about how the only semi good team in the NFC East was the Giants. Don't we all look the fool. The 2006 "Thanks a pantload, Chet." award goes to the Eagles, for resting any player of consequence last week. Thus sealing my loss in two fantasy leagues.

Matt: Pass

Jon: The NFC is annoying.

Sarah: It should've been the Packers!!! and we could relive 4th and 26th all over again. waaaaaaa...... Hurrah for Garcia though. Kudos.

Scott: Well the Giants got in instead of the Packers. To put it another way, the Giants had the same record as the Packers and snuck by in the strength of victory tie breaker. Do I even need to say that I'm picking the team that didn't finish the year in a tie with Green Bay? Yup. I'm going with the Eagles.

Alex: Did Jeff Garcia get any MVP votes?

Scott - Dog fighting is sick. Don't be a Vick.

Also I think Scott may have waved his right to do comments by starting his inaugural one with, "Wow I actually get to comments!!"

You have to be phoning in game comments for at least 1.75 seasons before gross grammatical errors slide.

In my book simple geometry = 1 nutty!

You won't fool my nutty assigning program with that. It uses simple logic: if posted by Jeremy, it's a stupid post, therefor it deserves 1 nutty.

I saw it. Tony Romo, I tell you, talk about not the right way to go into the offseason. Any possible situation imaginable would have been better than fumbling the snap. The Cowboys definitely collapsed all around though, you can't simply lay it on Romo. Terry Glenn didn't exactly do a great job of holding on to the football in a key situation either.

you know, sometimes it doesn't matter where you finish but how you finish. Last year in fantasy football I felt like I won the championship because I came in fourth but made a big run in the last few weeks. But if I was in second then dropped to fourth it would have been a bitter taste. It's like non playoff teams finishing their year with a win or two. Everyone else loses except the Super Bowl Champ. Now I'm just talking and no one is probably even reading now.

Like the winner of the NIT. The best of the worst.

Like the winning Pro Bowl coach. Couldn't get to the Super Bowl, but man, he's gonna make sure this group of Super Stars plays their best.

That'd be cool. Couldn't be any worse than Ricky Martin, Waylon Jennings, Fergelicious, and Francies Pants. The one thing that we know Favre can still do is unfearingly launch the ball down field and the one thing that Moss is best at is going up and catching such passes.
