I'm 44-30 overall, having gone 7-7 last week. Philly, Cleveland, GREEN FRICKEN BAY, Tenn, Jacksonville, Buffalo, Atlanta, SEATTLE, NY Jets, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, New Orleans, St. Louis. That's right, I picked the Packers...i'll bet no one saw that coming=). I also picked Seattle to "upset" New England(the word upset doesn't fit as well in the NFL as it does in College Football). Yes I was, they're my qbs on two different teams actually. I was thinking harrington because, well, I think we all know why. But Roy Williams is Questionable and SF defense stinks and has injuries in the secondary. Also, the Jets O-line is hurting, so they may have to pass the ball more instead of just feeding Martin. It's been a while since I've seen a QB turn in a worse performance than Harrington had today. Granted he had no one left, but he had all day to throw and wide open receivers and couldn't hit any of them. They're only good because they have Randy Moss. Javon Walker reaching back and knocking the d-back around was just as bad as the Randy play. They have been saying good things about him so far, especially last night. I don't think the media likes him, but he's not their whipping boy either so far. That and the two PI calls his way double what he got last year. I never meant two wrong calls make a right one...but it's like an umps strike zone, as long as they're consistant it doesn't matter how bad they are. 98% of me wants the Yankees to lose because I want them to lose in any situation...but 2% (the bastard part) wants to see the yanks take it just because the Red Sox fans are such drama queens and have to think it's destiny by now...they've whined so much to see them have their heart ripped out extra hard would give me some sort of perverse pleasure. However, this one isn't in Boston, so that factor isn't going to come into play. So Go Sox. As long as Derek Jeter plays no part in a last chance clutch win kind of situation the world wont end.
