Leader of the PackEveryone would probably guess that, if you asked the players on the Packers, Brett Favre would be the handsdown winner when asked to name the teams leader. But if they had to rank their top 5, who would be number 2? Surely you might say Donald Driver. Wrong. Aaron Kampman, their defensive end who is among the league leader in sacks? Nope. I know, it has to be Al Harris, one of the older players on the team and a guy who has been a solid rock at corner. Wrong again.
When the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal asked 18 Packers to rank who they thought was the leader of the Pack, Rob Davis was the strong number 2 vote getter. Who is Rob Davis you ask? Only their long snapper, who has done almost nothing but be a long snapper since 1997. He is the longest tenured Packer other than Brett Favre. Here's the article in which I got this information.
