Congress clears historic health care bill

I think it's appropriate that for some reason this phrasing reminded me a of a line from a song, "I make the big moves, do the big things Take small groups, turn them into big names...And to hell with the price cause the money ain't a thang".

What will be new for Quad/Graphics? What are the long-term impacts? We are still pouring through the legislation, but we do know our costs will increase. That is a fact.
