It's debatable if two Chappelle's Show skits really deserve to be that high. (Don't get me wrong, the show is freaking hilarious, but it's up against a lot of history.) It's not open for debate that Rick James should be higher than "The Racial Draft" (A skit that was more commentary-on-America funny, than funny funny. And really not even all that funny, even in that regard. Fer Shizzle.) I could think of a few skits off the top of my head from Chappelle's show funnier than the racial draft. (Prince, Player Haters, Black White Supremesist.) It's hard to argue with the top two though. What the hell is "The State?"		Rate this comment Yours: Rated 0 times.

I didn't really care enough to look though. I kind of just thought it would look familiar. I remember quoting, and hearing quoted, the "dip my balls in it" thing. It was pretty famous when we were young. The sketch, on the other hand, couldn't have looked less familiar.
