The Eagles don't win Super Bowls, so I'd go with not that good. |

All you Packer fans who have been huge fans of Jarrett Bush and his defensive dominance over his long career, you are in for a treat. While there is no coach sanctioned "depth chart" yet, Bush is the number 2 CB right now, meaning if the season started today, he would be the starting CB. |

The Eagles are going to win the Super Bowl every year. Please. Jarrett Bush does actually look better. His vision and comprehension might have finally clicked. He's also a great tackler, something that cost us last year. Watch out for Davon House and Casey Hayward too. I can see Sam Shields getting cut. The only real change you'll see this year is a long the D-line, one safety spot, and one new linebacker on Clay's old side. The offense is pretty set. I'd expect running back to start out as Starks/Green/Saine. |

I'm heading to the Packers practice tonight (which I'm pretty sure are better attended than the Jaguars regular season games were last season). I'll give you guys an insider report following my trip. |

I just threw up in my mouth a little. After watching the Brewers throw away an MVP caliber season from Braun I'm fairly certain I cannot survive Bush doing the same to Rodgers. |

So Packers training camp is quite the production. They have a permanent brick and mortar bleacher structure that holds 1500 fans. About an hour before the practice started, these seats were almost completely filled. By 6:45 (15 minutes till the start) the seats were packed and the lines at the different entrances to this long long row of bleachers was 20-30 people long at each entrance (there are probably about 5 entrances. Then, on either end of the practice field (which is 170 yards long) people were lined up along the fence 4 and 5 people deep stretching 50 yards on both ends. THEN, there was a Bar and grill across the street from one of the "endzones" that had another set of bleachers that probably held another 50+ people which was also filled. All told, I would guess there were around 2000 to 2500 people around the practice field simply to watch the team stretch, throw uncontested slant passes, and eventually do some scrimmaging. On top of this, there were several vendors selling food and drinks, some selling Journal-Sentinel subscriptions, selling raffles for tickets, selling verizon phone plans. There were even people in the parking lot tailgating and play been bag toss. Plus, you can walk right into the atrium of Lambeau Field, so there were people walking around in there as well. I didn't stay very long for the actual practice. Honestly, I was more impressed with the whole picture of the thing. I wonder if other teams have such a draw for a practice that isn't even in the team's stadium. I know family night at Lambeau is pretty special (although I've never been), but this was neat to take in, even if only for the sociological observational value. |

I meant a draw compared to events other than family night. I know college teams have "spring games" that are somewhat popular depending on the school. I just meant people literally going and lining up on the street just to watch a practice. | ||

It's either shields missing tackles or bush blowing coverage. Either way the receiver ain't going down. |

I bet the real officials are popping champagne corks after watching the games tonight. Pretty shoddy officiating, in my opinion. |

This might be a bit early to proclaim, but it looks like former Wisconsin Badgers QB Russell Wilson might be closing in on a starting job with the Seahwaks, beating out former Packers QB Matt Flynn. If Russell Wilson should win the job and start week one, by my estimation, he would be the first rookie Badgers QB to start in week 1 for a team since probably Arnie Herber started for the Packers back in 1930. |
