New Page 3 Policy

I would like to make a personal policy statement regarding all future Page 3 posts, whether by staff or reader.

The use of marks such as (sp), (sp?), (spelling), or any other such symbol to indicate your uncertainty of spelling will not be tolerated. Ok, so it will be tolerated, but not appreciated.

Now, I'll admit, I'm a grammar freak. But I don't think this is too much to ask. You see, the fact that you're using Page 3 means you already have access to a computer as well as the internet. These two tools should be enough to give you some instruction regarding the correct spelling of just about any word or name.

Look, you don't need to be perfect; none of us are. If you're a reader making a comment(probably telling us we suck) there's no need to get stressed about your spelling. But if you know there's a good chance you misspelled a word, why not do some investigation and make sure you get it right, rather than simply noting that you may have made an airur(sp?)?

I was going to comment by saying Phuck Ewe, but I see Scott already made such a comment. So, I'm sorry I didn't check my football comments thouroughly. (sp) But, if its your "personal policy" then maybe it doesn't concern me. But then again, y u gotta hate?

But you know how to spell Favre, it's common knowledge these days. How big are the Playoffs? Because of the playoffs everyone knows how to pronounce Favre (and spell it). You're just lying to yourself.
