Yeah, you would question that, until we watch him have 5 punt returns for touchdowns by week 8. I think if history tells us anything, which it rarely does, it's that Heisman Trophie winning punt returners from Michigan who play for the Packers are pretty much unstoppable. (I base this statement on the fact that Desmond Howard played for the Packers, is from Michigan, and won the Heisman, and that he is the only punt returner for the Packers that ever had a decent season. Just finished reading the article and came here to see if anyone else had seen it, although it's apparently pointless to post references to Simmon's columns since we all read them on our own anyway. I'm glad to see that Milwaukee is the drunkest city in the US. I need to get down there more often. As for the Woodson thingy, every play that a guy is on the field is one more chance for him to get hurt, but you still have to put your best players out there every play. If he's the best returner they have, then he should return kicks. An extra 5-10 yards per return and the legimate threat of busting one all the way can be just as important to the team as playing cornerback. Pooey, I just got paged.
