What's worse? TO having the potential to ruin your locker room, or a quarterback who's been out of the game long enough to be in the hall of fame still speaking for the team?

|TO is pretty bad. But I'm not sure I would want a former QB to dictate the future of my team. However, if Elway was simply asked a question and he was responding to it, I want him to be completely honest. I just wouldn't necessarily want it to dictate policy on my team. In this case, however, Elway is probably right.
