I prefer to say "geronimo" instead of "weeeee" when falling from high places.

I think I enjoy Lions over Packers more than being #4. Is that bad?

Yes, that is silly of you. So is talking about the NFL in May.

I know page3 is anti-basketball, but I'd still like to say a few things about Reggie Miller. I don't want get into the whole superstar or not thing, because that's also just a silly conversation. Whether you think he's overrated, whether you love him or hate him, he was good for the game. And by the game, I mean basketball in general, not just for financial gains for the NBA. Every kid always dreams of coming through in the clutch, whether it be the bottom of the ninth with 2 outs, a last play hail mary, or a game-winning buzzer beater. I watched many of those Pacers-Knicks playoff games in the 90s, and the first thing I did after each one was to go outside and shoot hoops. I wanted to learn to have that same follow through, the ability to shoot with people right in my face, the consistency from the free throw line, and of course the confidence to step up at crunch time and get the job done. Most of the time people enjoy sports just as a way to relax and for entertainment. But all of the above qualities are things I still strive to have in my life today. There are many lessons about life that sports can teach us, and I have a feeling I'm not the only one who took notice from Miller's game. In fact, it was actually quite fitting that his last game was against one of his biggest fans. Rip Hamilton has tried to incorporate the best of Miller's skills into his game, the constant movement without the ball on offense, the quick shot off of the screen, and the skinniness. I just hope Reggie can convince him to stop wearing that foolish mask someday.
