Does it piss anyone else off to wait a week for a new lost episode only to have it not advance the plot at all?

not really. I think this episode totally changed how we view the story.
other times they've kind of let me down not advancing chronologically, but it's still usually worth it.

|how could that last episode possibly piss you off? jon already correctly stated that the plot did not advance chronologically any further, but the plot certainly advanced or thickened as they say. why did the others have a military issued knife? why was there a glass eye in the bunker? plus, now we know more about the other group of survivors. if you couldn't appreciate that episode, why are you still watching this show?|

It wasn't so much that it wasn't a good episode.
They just both left off on a partiularly big cliff hanger. Is she dead? Is Syid going to open up some whoop ass on Queen whats-her-face?
Also I don't give a flying rats about those other people who at this point are only slightly less reprehensible than "the others".
It was nice to see how it all filled in, but in a way I felt like I was watching a clip show.

|Ending 2 shows in a row on the same scene is pure brilliance. And I'm pretty sure she's dead seeing as how she wasn't breathing and the preview clips of next week pretty much directly said that she was dead.|

I try not watch previews for shows, but I do know what they often go out of their way to make you think something that really doesn't happen is about to happen.
Cinematically it's a cool thing to have the last two episodes tie into one another like these did. I just felt like it was a "in case you missed it" "clip show" episode, even though it obviously wasnt.
